Come join our newly created Shared Services Center, Billing team here at our corporate headquarters in Durham, NC.

Main Purpose:

The Billing Performance Lead will work alongside Billing Managers on continuous measurement and improvement of the Billing function.

Position will be office-based in MIAMI or RTP / Durham, NC.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enhance reporting
• Collaborate with regional team on KPI’s, metrics, analysis, and QC checks
• Data cleanup & work instructions
• Rapid action on profit protection activities
• Identification of areas of improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance desirable
• 1+ years of experience analyzing financial and other data, including revenue, expenditure and solid experience on business metrics performance and target setting
• Must have process orientated thinking with strong analytical skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent excels skills is a must

Working Conditions Occasional evening work as needed, particularly around cutoffs and month end closure.  Occasional weekend work.
