Title: 

Manager, Commercial Operations 

Job Purpose: 

To lead a team of BD professionals in the EMEA region. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Leading a team of Business Development professionals in EMEA.
  • Developing the team to reach their full potential.
  • Training new team members and being responsible for their onboarding.
  • Coaching the team members based on your experience in Sales.
  • Communicating clear expectations and following up on KPIs.
  • Improving existing processes and developing new ones to drive efficiency. 
  • Developing sales plans with the BDs, monitoring the progresses.
  • Hiring new BDs
  • Performing data analysis, supporting BDs in strategic clients’ meetings.

Requirements: 

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 5-7 years of sales or marketing experience.
  • Good knowledge of the clinical trial industry.
  • An existing strong network of clients in the healthcare logistics industry.
  • Experience in leading a sales team.
  • Readiness to participate in conferences and marketing events.
  • Flexible attitude and able to adapt to dynamic environments.
