Title:

CTD Operation Associate

Job Purpose:

To perform daily operational requirements of depot.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Implement and communicate procedures in compliance with EU GMP/GCP guidelines
2. Work according to internal guidelines
3. Support archivist for FRA Depot
4. Receipt of pharmaceutical products in accordance with company procedures.
5. Generation of shipping documentation upon receipt of shipment requests.
6. Create inventory picklists within Depot Inventory Management System.
7. Physical pick of supplies from within the Depot.
8. Inspection of products picked for shipment by other associates.
9. Preparation of shipment export documentation.
10. Processing of shipment acknowledgment receipts.
11. Filing of shipment documentation.
12. Post shipment notification to clients.
13. Stock control including periodic cycle counts
14. Performance of labelling activities according GCP-V and internal Guidelines
15. Preparation and processing of Destruction documents and physical collection
16. Validated shipper boxes conditioning, cleaning and stock management.
17. Response to CMS alarms.
18. Handling with LN₂ cryogenic freezer products including reception, storage and dispatch.
19. Undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager or Depot Manager.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (in particular excel)
• Excellent eye for detail and customer focused.
• Ability to work independently & under pressure in a fast-paced & dynamic environment.
• Minimum 2 year experience in warehouse (preferably pharmaceutical) environment.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels qualification.
• Understanding of the CTD Industry
