Primary Objective: Responsible for executing audio/visual needs by operating control room equipment at T-Mobile Park and enhancing fan experience for Mariners games and other ballpark events.

Positions include: Technical Director, Clips Playback, Graphics/CG Operator, LED Display Operator, Replay Operator, Shader, DJ, Statistician/Scoring, Camera Operator and On-Camera Host.

Essential Functions:

  • Operate control room equipment and broadcast equipment contributing to a successful and entertaining live production at T-Mobile Park.
  • Responsible for setting up and preparing equipment for games/events.
  • Perform duties at high level in a fast-paced working environment with a great attention to detail.
  • Prompt and mandatory attendance to crew meetings and rehearsals as assigned.
  • Assist with teardown and executing post event production responsibilities.
  • Show respect and care for control room equipment and cameras and shared workspaces.
  • Be able to communicate and work in a team-oriented environment to elevate live production.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Previous work experience in a live-video production environment required.
  • Understanding of control room environment and strong working knowledge of broadcast equipment.
  • Experience working with Switchers (Ross Vision), Clips, Graphics (Ross Xpression), Replay (EVS), camera equipment, and Daktronics control systems.

Physical Activities and Working Conditions:

  • Must be available to commit to a minimum 5-hour workday for games and events, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Indoor and outdoor work environment, subject to fluctuation in temperatures, exposure to the sun and elements.
  • Must be able to access assigned locations in T-Mobile Park including navigating concrete stairwells, ramps, and concourses.
  • Must be able to make crew call.
  • Must be able to move up to 35 lbs.

The anticipated pay for this seasonal role is $21.50 - $40.00 per hour.
