Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Department: Merchandising
Reports To: Sr. Manager, Distribution Center
Status: Part-time, Non-exempt
Primary Objective: Contribute to efficient operation of the Merchandising department by appropriately packing merchandise and assisting in timely deliveries to Team Store locations
Essential Functions:
- Pick and pack merchandise for all Team Store locations
- Help deliver merchandise from Distribution Center in Kent, WA to Team store locations throughout the Puget Sound area
- Assist in transferring merchandise per store request
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
- Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills; clear, respectful, and appropriate communication. Must be able to work fluently in English; bi-lingual skills are a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be dependable and reliable to report to work on-time when scheduled and work in assigned section independently.
Physical Activities and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand, walk, climb for duration of shift
- Must be able to move up to 50 lbs frequently
- Must be able to work schedule according to business need. Generally, Monday through Friday and all Saturday home games. Between 15-25 hours per week.

The anticipated pay for this seasonal role is $17 per hour.
