Job Title:Navigator – Promotions Team Member
Department:Experiential Marketing
Reports To:Manager, Experiential Marketing
Status: Nonexempt
Duration:Seasonal, expected to last the duration of the Major League Baseball Season, February 2025 – through October 2025.
Primary Objective: Responsible for bringing the energy to T-Mobile Park all season long! Navigators improve fans’ overall experience with the Seattle Mariners by positively and professionally promoting and representing the Mariners brand at T-Mobile Park and in the community.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in execution of on-field and in-park contests. Includes enthusiastically participating in some elements of contests (i.e. congratulating winning contestants, delivering prizes, etc.), explaining simple procedures of contests to participants and assisting in set-up and tear down.
- Act as host to various guests of the Seattle Mariners during their visit to T-Mobile Park. Includes greeting guests, escorting guests to and from the field during pregame, clearly articulating expectations while on the field and generally making sure guests have a safe and fun experience.
- Act as brand ambassador for the Seattle Mariners at external events as part of the Mariners Street Fleet.
- Assist with handling the Mariner Moose and Salmon Run Mascots as part of Park Ranger program both in ballpark on game days and at external community appearances and events.
- Assist and execute in-game Mascot Race, wear costumes, maintain character and race on field in allotted time
- Elevate late inning ballpark experience in high leverage situations.
- Promote upcoming games and events both at T-Mobile Park and in the community.
- Assist with Community Relations initiatives including Mariners Care auction, external events and hosting community groups at the ballpark.
- Comfortable driving company trucks and other vehicles preferred but not required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- Previous work experience in a customer-driven environment required.
- Prior public speaking, broadcast, performance or entertainment experience preferred.

Physical Activities and Working Conditions:
- Must be available to work at least 20 hours a week during homestands (March through October), including evenings, weekends and holidays, plus community appearances.
- Indoor and outdoor work environment, subject to fluctuation in temperatures, exposure to the sun and elements.
- Must be able to access assigned locations in T-Mobile Park including navigating concrete stairwells, ramps and concourses.
- Must be able to move up to 35 lbs.
- Shift lengths and call times can fluctuate based on changes to events and length of games.
