Job Title:Assistant, Dominican Republic Baseball Operations
Department:Player Development
Reports To: Coordinator, Player Development and Director, Player Development
Status: Exempt
Location: Dominican Republic
Primary Objective: Responsible for providing support and assistance to all things relating to minor league operations in the Dominican Republic.
Essential Functions:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day DR operations, including, expenses, administration, roster management, transactions, rules, communication, and schedules.
- Assist in managing all minor league player/team related travel to and from the DR while collaborating with Coordinator, Player development.
- Assist in serving as a primary contact for all DR complex needs and requests by maintaining correspondence and relationships.
- Assist in any documentation process in helping foreign players get to the DR, US and/or vice versa.
- Will perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- One (1) year relevant experience preferred.
- Basic Spanish proficiency is preferred
