The Role

As a Product Manager at Marine Credit Union, you will have the opportunity to help shape our financial products and services of tomorrow! This role will play a critical role in defining the product strategy, managing the product roadmap, and aligning the organization around the product vision. You will be at the crossroads of the company working with all levels to advance our members’ financial journey through product and service offerings.

This role will be part of the newly re-envisioned Product Solutions team reporting to the Director of Product and Customer Solutions. This team is tasked with identifying customer challenges and designing financial and technical experiences that uniquely address those challenges. The Product Solutions team is part of the Experience organization led by the Chief Experience Officer (CXO).

The Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and manage the product roadmap
  • Align stakeholders around shared vision for the product
  • Identify customer challenges and ideate solutions
  • Solicit and manage customer feedback and internal requests
  • Monitor and report on product performance
  • Provide guidance and leadership during product development initiatives


  • Product Management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Forward thinking, visionary
  • Ability to articulate a concept to different groups of people
  • Financial industry experience preferred by not required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, technology, or finance
