The Role

As a Technical Product Manager at Marine Credit Union, you will have the opportunity to help shape the delivery experiences for our financial products and services of tomorrow! This role will play a critical role in defining the experience strategy/roadmap and aligning the organization around the experience vision. You will be at the crossroads of the company working with all levels to advance our members’ financial journey through product and service offerings.

This role will be part of the Product Solutions team reporting to the Director of Product and Customer Solutions. This team is tasked with identifying customer challenges and designing financial and technical experiences that uniquely address those challenges. The Product Solutions team is part of the Experience organization led by the Chief Experience Officer (CXO).

The Key Responsibilities

  • Define the experience strategy and manage the product backlog
  • Align stakeholders around shared vision for the experience
  • Identify customer challenges and ideate solutions
  • Solicit and manage customer feedback and internal requests
  • Capture and document requirements for future scheduled development
  • Participate in daily scrum events with Engineering and provide direction/clarity as needed
  • Collaborate with the Financial Product Manager(s) to strategize on best short-,mid-, and long-term approach
  • Monitor and report on experience performance
  • Provide guidance and leadership during development initiatives

  • Forward thinking, visionary
  • Ability to articulate a concept to different groups of people
  • Financial industry experience preferred by not required
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, technology, or finance
