*This position will require weekly travel to our facility in Bowling Green

BRIEF DESCRIPTION:     

  • Diagnose Hardware / Software problems and escalate them to next level support as necessary
  • Support internal and remote users on a day-to-day basis for IT issues
  • Manage hardware, software and licensing requirements
  • Support internal and remote users for IT issues

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • End User Desktop and Plant Support
  • End-User Helpdesk Support using Helpdesk Ticketing System
  • Ensures all incidents are resolved against SLAs
  • Install Troubleshoot and Maintain Windows Systems
  • TCP/IP – Ethernet and Wireless Network Environment setup and troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Office Suite installation and troubleshooting
  • Printer set-up and troubleshooting
  • Active Directory User, Group and Permissions management, AD profile setup and troubleshooting
  • Workstation performance monitoring and optimization
  • Configure and support workstations and portable systems for connectivity to the network both locally and remotely
  • Install and maintain client PC Software including Anti-Virus software and software updates on workstations and portable systems
  • Telephone / Cell phone configuration - move / additions / changes
  • Some server administration may be needed – Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Additional skills:
  • Manufacturing execution system (MES) experience
  • SQL server administration and SQL query creation experience
  • Programmable logic controller (PLC) troubleshooting and administration
  • Symbol Barcode Scanner configuration and support
  • Zebra Barcode Printer Support
  • Python programming skills
  • Ansible automation experience

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education:

- High School Diploma

Experience:

- 2 to 4 Years of experience in PC / LAN Support, Hardware / Software support in a Microsoft Windows Environment, Microsoft Office, Wi-Fi Technical Support, TCP-IP Networking, Microsoft Active Directory experience
