JOB TITLE: IT Co-Op
REPORTS TO: Manager

General Summary:
Under general supervision, responsibilities include general desktop support, assisting users with everyday problems or concerns, setting up and instructing new employees on how our systems work. Work is performed in a general office environment. 

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Desktop system support
2. Troubleshoot and maintain all equipment in assigned areas
3. Desktop application support (MS-Office, Windows 10)
4. PC setup for new employees
5. Perform various software/hardware upgrades
6. Support for printers
7. PC Imaging and deployment
8. Performs other duties as assigned

*Co-op student positions are paid based on class standing and schedule is flexible. Preferred to work 25-30 hours per week, based on department needs. Must be currently enrolled in a university program with 3.0 GPA to qualify for co-op program.
