GENERAL SUMMARY

The SCM Analyst 1’s role is to lead, train, and support all Supply Chain initiatives by engaging internal and external cross-functional teams.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and train others in CK in IFS/Radley process

  • Support IVP process with departments and CK Affiliates

  • Meeting and representing Supply Chain with Customers and Suppliers

  • Support the executive management of Supply Chain Management with other special projects.

 

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Develop and train warehouse, logistics, Packaging teams on IFS/Radley process

  2. Lead and support with optimization activities with teams in IFS/Radley

  3. Audit processes for standardization

  4. Train and improve the Distribution Order process between plants and Sites

  5. Improve shipping process, train the team member, and audit Customer Orders in IFS/Radley

  6. Improve the Receiving process, train the team member, and audit Supplier Schedules (PO’s) in IFS/Radley

  7. Monitor Customer Orders/Forecasts between the two systems

  8. Run and validate the iCARAS and iSC Marble II reports for errors

  9. Help prepare and develop Supply Chain Management’s OMC1 and OMC2 meeting material.

  10. Train and validate part information setup in IVP and communicate with CK affiliates on issues

  11. Attend meetings with Customers and/or Suppliers to help improve communication and work flow improvements

  12. Support executive management of Supply Chain Management and team with the departmental budgeting process and requirements.

  13. Lead and attend V-Up Supply Chain Management activities and other CK V-Up charters as identified and approved by executive management of Supply Chain Management.

  14. Perform other duties as necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This work is performed in a manufacturing office and warehouse environment.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

The incumbent must:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED.

 

  • If non-degreed must have minimum of four (4) years of experience in related field

-Or –

  • Have an Associate’s Degree in related discipline and minimum of two (2) years of experience in related field

-Or -

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline 

  • Demonstrated demand / capacity management and project management skills. 

  • Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling / mapping, methodology development, and data modeling. 

  • Highly effective interpersonal skills with the capability to influence and negotiate at all levels. 

  • Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or products is a plus. 

  • Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language. 

  • Extensive experience with core ERP software applications is a plus. 

  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. 

  • Highly self-motivated and directed.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. 

  • Strong customer service orientation. 

  • Trained / certified as a V-up Facilitator is a plus. 

  • Experience leading and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is a plus. 

  • Be able to pass all background checks and pre-employment tests, including any required drug test.

  • Be able to maintain the confidentiality of any information s/he encounters.

  • Ability to work closely with internal and external suppliers, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, and other functions

SPECIALIZED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

 

  • Intermediate to advanced experience (beyond basic data entry) working with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation applications and/or software.
