The Opportunity 

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance a diverse portfolio of in-house and 3rd party business applications, including ERPs, web portals, and other bespoke strategic platforms. 

This role combines application support, business analysis, incident management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery responsibilities. The successful candidate will work closely with business users, technology teams, project managers, and senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement of critical business systems. 

The ideal candidate is a highly analytical professional who can independently manage complex issues, lead investigations, drive solutions, and act as a trusted advisor to both business and technology partners.

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Support Analyst, or similar role.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a production environment.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements.
• Experience participating in technology projects, system implementations, and application enhancements in an Agile (SCRUM) setting.
• Experience managing complex incidents and performing root cause analysis.

Technical Skills

• Strong Excel/VBA and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with ERP, financial, or operational business systems.
• Experience with software testing, UAT coordination, and defect management.
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
• Experience with Power BI/Power Automate or similar reporting and analytics platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and IT service management practices.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Previous mentoring or leadership experience within a Business Analysis or Application Support function.
• Understanding of operational support models, process improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
