The Opportunity 
We are looking for an Intern - Company Secretarial to join our Company Secretarial Team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.   
 
As part of the global expansion of the Maples Group’s financial services offering, our Dublin office opened its doors in 2006. As part of our Company Secretarial Team you will be performing the below key duties:
Key Duties:
The Company Secretarial Intern will assist with the administration and management of a portfolio of key clients where company secretarial services are provided, provide day to day administrative support on aspects of the service delivery and, actively contribute to team projects. 
 
Requirements
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
 
  • Is currently studying towards a university/college diploma and seeking hands on experience in financial services. 
  • Is eager to learn and take on new tasks. 
  • Is committed to providing a good service to clients and team members, whether directly or indirectly. 
  • Has working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; and
  • Has an aptitude and commitment to continue to learn various IT platforms and additional software skills is essential.

Holders of the position should familiarise themselves with the Conduct Standard, and Fitness and Probity requirements, of the IAF. Relevant training will be provided.
