The Opportunity 

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Fund Accountant to join our Fund Accounting team within our Financial Services business in Singapore.    

Reporting to the Vice President, the Fund Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for delivering fund administration services to a portfolio of investment funds, with a primary focus on hedge funds. 

Primary responsibilities include:   

Fund Accounting Work 

• Responsible for daily processing of transactions for a portfolio of investment funds and the preparation of cash reconciliations
• Prepare Net Asset Value (“NAV”) files for a portfolio of medium to high complexity investment funds.
• Liaise with investment managers, prime brokers and custodians in relation to trading activity as required for transaction processing and NAV preparation
• Prepare client compliance files, maintain the client database and perform general administrative functions related to client funds
• Assist in the invoicing process, collection of receivables and will liaise with auditors to provide requested information and respond to queries.
• Support set up and onboarding of new clients

What You Bring 

In addition to a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client and stakeholder service, the ideal candidate will possess: 

• Graduate with an excellent academic background, a professional accounting designation

• 3-4 years’ relevant experience in investment fund accounting and offshore administration;
• Ability to handle clients from APAC, good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English is essential
• A team player with positive attitude to face clients and offer work-related assistance to clients and colleagues.
• Ability to handle work/client deliverables with tight deadlines.
• Proactive and willing to handle task individually
