The Opportunity 
 
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Transfer Agency/Investor Services Team as part of our financial services business in Dublin. 
 
As part of the global expansion of the Maples Group’s financial services offering, our Dublin office opened its doors in 2008. Located in the city centre, a commitment to service excellence and investment in our people quickly established Dublin as a regional hub where our 200+ teammates deliver best-in-class solutions to clients worldwide alongside our colleagues in legal services.  
 
Your primary responsibilities include: 
 
  • Maintenance of the shareholder register; 
  • Creation and maintenance of investor accounts, ensuring appropriate account opening documentation is in place; 
  • Processing of investor subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, exchanges; 
  • Processing of investor and fund related payments; 
  • Cash account reconciliation; 
  • Classification of investors for FATCA/CRS reporting purposes; 
  • Generation and distribution of investor notices to authorized contacts; 
  • Collaborating with the AML team and other internal stakeholders such as the fund accounting team; 
  • Completion of board packs; 
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders as required e.g. investors, IM,  ManCo, auditors; 
  • Ensure that all operational checklists are completed as required. 
 
What You Bring 
 
In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:   
  • Degree Qualified with a strong academic background; 
  • Previous relevant experience in investor services/ transfer agency services an advantage; 
  • We also welcome graduates who are interested in this field; 
  • Knowledge of all MS Office Suite; 
  • excellent time management, organizational and prioritisation skills plus excellent communication skills; 
  • Strong attention to detail.
