Description
Position: Receptionist/Office Administrator
Location: Hong Kong
- Manning of the reception and conference rooms.
- Greeting of clients and visitors.
- Procurement of office pantry and stationeries supplies.
- Liaising with vendors and service providers, and identifying operational issues as they arise through daily check lists and office walkthroughs.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents including arrangement of local and overseas couriers.
- Assist with staff functions and client events.
- Ad hoc work and projects as required.
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and strong integrity, the ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Higher Diploma or above
- At least 3 years prior relevant working experience in office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook
- The candidate should also possess strong coordination, negotiation and communication skills
- Pleasant, independent, self-motivated, organized and detail-minded
- Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and spoken Mandarin is mandatory
- Previous experience in a multinational environment preferred.
