The Opportunity
The Receptionist/Office Administrator reports to the Operations Manager who will serve in our operations department and assist with the smooth running of our Hong Kong offices. Primary responsibilities include: 
  • Manning of the reception and conference rooms.
  • Greeting of clients and visitors.
  • Procurement of office pantry and stationeries supplies.
  • Liaising with vendors and service providers, and identifying operational issues as they arise through daily check lists and office walkthroughs.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing documents including arrangement of local and overseas couriers.
  • Assist with staff functions and client events.
  • Ad hoc work and projects as required.

What You Bring 

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and strong integrity, the ideal candidate should possess the following: 

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years prior relevant working experience in office administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Outlook
  • The candidate should also possess strong coordination, negotiation and communication skills
  • Pleasant, independent, self-motivated, organized and detail-minded
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English and spoken Mandarin is mandatory
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment preferred.
