We are looking for an accomplished Assistant Corporate Administrator to join our team as part of our financial services business in Hong Kong.
Under the supervision of the Senior Corporate Administrators, the Assistant Corporate Administrator will be responsible for the administration of a varied portfolio of clients where the Maples Group is providing registered office services to Hong Kong companies. Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist the Senior Corporate Administrators to perform designated registered office services to Hong Kong client companies
- Maintain statutory books and records and databases in a systematic and efficient way
- Prepare and attend to statutory forms, resolutions, correspondence and government filings.
- Provide administrative support to the Hong Kong Team
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines or fresh graduate in other disciplines
- 2 years’ relevant company secretarial experience in handling HongKong registered office services/ Hong Kong company secretarial matters
- Excellent communication skills as well as both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, be methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on tight timescales
- Immediately available is highly preferred
