About the Role 
The Analyst - Regulatory Services reports to Senior Vice President FATCA and supports the Regulatory team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: Assist in the provision of regulatory services to our clients, primarily in FATCA and CRS, and Economic Substance related services. Primary responsibilities include:   
  • Assisting with the submission of FATCA and CRS, and Economic Substance annual filings, updating of systems and associated administrative tasks. 
  • Duties may also include review of documentation for the classification of account holders in accordance with FATCA and CRS standards, liaison with clients (internal and external), investors, and other third parties in various international jurisdictions. 
  
What You Bring 
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:  
  • University graduate with an Accounting or Finance degree, and an excellent academic background. The candidate must have a good understanding of accounting principles and Financial Statements. 
  • The successful applicant will have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, with advanced Excel skills. 
  • In addition, he/she will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret documentation in line with specific requirements. He/she will have the ability to use initiative, be self-motivated and able to work independently and work well under pressure to complete high volumes of work under tight deadlines. 
  • This post requires a high degree of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency, ability to multi-task and excellent organisational, prioritisation and communication skills. 
  • In addition, the successful applicant will be required to adhere to specific policies and procedures.
