About the Role
The Assistant Corporate Administrator under the supervision of the Senior Corporate Administrators will be responsible for the administration of a varied portfolio of clients where the Maples Group is providing registered office services to HongKong companies. Primary responsibilities include:
- Assist the Senior Corporate Administrators to perform designated registered office services to HongKong client companies
- Maintain statutory books and records and databases in a systematic and efficient way
- Prepare and attend to statutory forms, resolutions, correspondence and government filings.
- Provide administrative support to the HongKong Team
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Degree holder in relevant disciplines or fresh graduate in other disciplines
- 2 years’ relevant company secretarial experience in handling HongKong registered office services/ Hong Kong company secretarial matters
- Excellent communication skills as well as both verbal and written English and Chinese
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, be methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on tight timescales
- Immediately available is highly preferred
