The Opportunity 
 
We are looking for an accomplishedClient Accountant to join ourClient Accounting teamas part of our financial services business inDublin.

Sub-teams and specialised areas within the Client Accounting team include Managing Agent, Tax Compliance, Regulatory Reporting, Aircraft Leasing, CLOs and General Population covering a mixture of various structured finance deals. Thus, providing excellent and diverse opportunities for specialisation in a particular area over time. 
 
The Client Accounting team is a young, vibrant, collaborative and supportive team with a strong and engaging corporate social culture. 
 
Your primary responsibilities include: 
 
  • Responsible for the assigned client portfolio which will consist of CLO companies in multiple jurisdictions, and ensuring all of the regulatory obligations are met and filed on a timely manner; 
  • Processing day-to-day accounting transactions, reconciling bank and broker positions, preparing monthly/quarterly/annual management accounts and annual financial statements under Irish/UK GAAP and IFRS, audit liaison and client relationship management, with supervision of an AVP or VP; 
  • Responsible for ensuring any tax filings, regulatory and ad-hoc reporting is completed in accordance with regulatory and deal requirements; 
  • Ongoing liaison with the company's auditors, tax advisers, investment manager and collateral administrator to assist with annual audits, tax and other regulatory returns; 
  • Additionally, the person will be required to deliver high level of client service, while ensuring that each relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures. 
 
What You Bring 
 
In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences: 
 
  • Hold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA); 
  • Experience in accounts preparation or auditing of companies; 
  • Experience in auditing/accounting for investments in financial instruments would be ideal (but not required);   
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly MS excel and word; 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Good project and time management skills.
