About the Role
The Marketing Administrator reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and provides general marketing support across MaplesFS and the broader Maples Group. Primary responsibilities include:
- Invoice Management: Process, monitor, and manage marketing-related invoices to ensure timely and accurate reconciliation.
- Promotional Item Coordination: Order 2026 global promotional merchandise and oversee delivery logistics, including shipping and liaison with customs.
- Merchandise Fulfilment: Manage Maples merchandise inventory, organisation, and fulfilment of order requests.
- Photography Coordination: Schedule and coordinate external-use photography sessions across global offices in line with brand guidelines.
- Website Bio Management: Support creation, auditing, and tracking of professional bios for Maples Group website listings.
- Collateral Management: Update marketing materials and upload them to the intranet for internal use.
- Administrative Support: Provide general marketing administrative assistance as required.
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrator role, ideally gained from a professional services firm, coupled with a degree in Marketing or other relevant marketing qualification;
- Requires attention to detail, professionalism, and excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must have a driven personality, be eager to learn, and show initiative
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
