The Opportunity
We are looking for a Data & Reporting Analyst to join our Middle Office Team as part of our financial services business in Dublin.
As part of the global expansion of the Maples Group’s financial services offering, our Dublin office opened its doors in 2008. As part of our Middle Office Team you will be performing the below key duties:
Key Duties:
The Data & Reporting Analyst is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• Responsible for delivering specific monthly and quarterly performance and risk reports to external clients.
• Daily cash processing and valuations of investment portfolios.
• Preparation of reconciliations across multiple custodians.
• Statement processing for Private and Public Equity investments.
• Daily maintenance of portfolio performance databases.
• Preparation of regulatory reporting on a quarterly basis.
The Data & Reporting Analyst is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Requirements
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting and/or a related field or a professional accounting designation.
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in accounting, back or middle office operations with a fund service provider.
• A solid understanding of investments, excellent communication skills coupled with strong problem solving skills and an analytical approach to issue resolution.
• Experience with accounting software system Geneva and MS Excel would be beneficial.
• Experience with Power Bi application is advantageous but not essential.
