The Opportunity 

We are looking for an accomplished Operations Administrator to join our Operations team as part of our financial services business in Singapore.   

Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Operations Administrator will enhance the functionality and work environment of the office. 

Your primary responsibilities include:  

  • Responsible for all matters related to the general office responsibilities, including receptionist duties, upkeep of conference room and general office area. 
  • Overseeing all aspect of office facilities and administration operations. 
  • Procurement of stationeries, pantry supplies and printing of company stationery 
  • Prompt coordination of all incoming mails, couriers and dispatching. 
  • Maintain good relationship with third parties such as vendors, contractors, landlords, building management, cleaners etc for repairs and maintenance work 
  • Monitor and registration of security access card 
  • Escalation of office issues with regard to office health and safety and close coordination with the Group’s administrative personnel 
  • Assist with staff functions and client events. Outdoor work is required. 

 

What You Bring 

In addition to a commitment to delivering superior candidate and stakeholder experiences:   

  • Higher Diploma or above is preferred. 
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience as office administrator or similar administration position 
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Mandarin. 
  • Possess sound judgement, prudence, able to work independently as well as a team player. 
  • Driven, organized, detail-minded with hands-on experience.
