The Opportunity 

We are seeking a Fund Accounting Supervisor to join our Fund Accounting team within our Financial Services business in Singapore.   

Reporting to the Vice President, the Fund Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for delivering fund administration services to a portfolio of investment funds, with a primary focus on private equity (PE) funds. 

Key responsibilities include:   

Fund Accounting & Administration 

  • Process transactions for a portfolio of investment funds and prepare monthly cash reconciliations. 
  • Prepare and/or review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis for a portfolio of medium to high-complexity private equity funds. 
  • Prepare and/or review calculations and supporting documentation for capital events, including capital calls and distributions. 
  • Prepare and/or review payments relating to private equity funds, including fund expenses and management fees. 
  • Liaise with investment managers and other counterparties to support transaction processing and NAV preparation. 
  • Maintain client compliance records, manage client database information, and perform related administrative functions for private equity funds. 
  • Support the invoicing process, monitor receivables collections, and respond to auditor requests by providing timely and accurate information.  
  • Assist with the onboarding and setup of new private equity funds, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation process. 

 

What You Bring 

In addition to a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client and stakeholder service, the ideal candidate will possess: 

  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, supported by a professional accounting qualification. 
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment fund accounting and offshore fund administration.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively support clients across the APAC region.  
  • A collaborative and client-focused approach with a positive attitude and a willingness to support both clients and colleagues.  
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
  • A proactive, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables.  
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.  
  • Experience with Investran is preferred, though not essential.
