The Opportunity 

We are looking for a highly experienced, solutions-oriented Senior Vice President, to manage our global client mandates and act as a strategic leader within the Global Entity Services team, which is part of our financial services business in Grand Cayman.  This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with experience in legal, corporate, fiduciary, or professional services environments who can effectively manage people, processes, and client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of governance, compliance, and service delivery.  The successful candidate will bring a combination of operational leadership, corporate administration expertise, and a client-centric approach, together with proven experience managing teams and supporting multi-jurisdictional structures.

 As part of our Cayman team you will:

  • Oversee the management of a portfolio of entities across multiple jurisdictions and ensure statutory, regulatory, and governance obligations are met in accordance with local legal requirements; 
  • Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients through proactive relationship management; 
  • Partner with clients to understand business objectives and provide practical governance and corporate administration solutions; 
  • Lead service delivery teams to ensure quality, responsiveness, and consistency across all engagements; 
  • Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency;  
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, process documentation, and training materials, and deliver tailored training sessions, process walkthroughs, and system demos to client stakeholders; 
  • Drive workflow optimization, technology adoption, and process improvements; 
  • Monitor service levels, performance metrics, and operational risks; 
  • Lead change management initiatives to improve efficiency and client outcomes; 
  • Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to mitigate operational and regulatory risks; and 
  • Provide operational insights and recommendations to senior leadership. 

What You Bring 

In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in paralegal studies or a related field.  
  • 10+ years of experience in entity management, corporate governance, legal operations, corporate administration, or related professional services. 
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-jurisdictional corporate structures and governance requirements. 
  • Strong understanding of corporate record management, board governance, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Corporate Administration experience in multiple legal jurisdictions, with preference to Canada, US, UAE, UK. 
  • The individual must have experience in overseeing the maintenance of a global entity management system. 
  • The individual must have proven ability to engage directly with clients, understand their challenges, and deliver high-impact solutions. 
  • The individual must be willing to adjust hours to accommodate our global teams and client time zones. 
  • The individual must have experience building, managing and leading a diverse team across multiple jurisdictions. 
  • The individual must have strong business process mapping and documentation skills, with experience in training and managing teams through system and process change. 
  • Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint experience, as well as experience with Aderant, Viewpoint, GEMS or other entity management platforms.
