The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join our Director Services Fiduciary Team in London.
As part of the global expansion of the Maples Group’s financial services offering, our London office opened its financial services business in 2016 and shares an office with its affiliate, Maples and Calder, an award-winning international law firm. A commitment to service excellence and investment in our people has seen the London business grow steadily over the years and has approximately 160 people in total, although the Director Services Team is a close knit team of nine people.
The Senior Administrator is a varied and wide-ranging role. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Assisting in onboarding new transactions;
- Assisting with the preparation and filing of incorporation documents for UK companies, LLPs and LPs, as well as assisting with filing other statutory requirements for UK entities;
- Responding to KYC requests from counterparties;
- Handling a full range of company secretarial duties for UK companies;
- Arranging and maintaining company books and records;
- Assisting communication with clients, auditors, and government authorities;
- Providing administrative support to teammates including data entry, filing, and other administration duties;
- Backing up support between teammates on ad-hoc matters.
Requirements:
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and drive, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- Degree holder;
- Prior office-based employment experience;
- Independent in work; pro-active and attentive to details;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent organisation and planning skills, being methodical, with strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver on tight timescales;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
