About the Role
The Listing Executive role will report to the Head of Listing and will work within the Listing team to provide comprehensive support for the Dublin office.
This is an executive level role, based in the firm's Dublin office and day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Advising a diverse international institutional client base on the requirements to list debt securities and investment funds on Euronext Dublin
- Providing guidance to clients on the disclosure requirements of the Prospectus Regulation and / or the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules for prospectuses and listing particulars
- Arranging the submission of the listing documentation to the Central Bank (CBI) and / or Euronext Dublin in accordance with the disclosure requirements and dealing with any subsequent queries between the client and Euronext Dublin / CBI
- Preparing all ancillary documentation and gathering all necessary administrative items to finalise the listing project
- Providing on-going advice to clients on the continuing obligation requirements as a result of the listing on Euronext Dublin - this would include advice on the Listing Rules, Market Abuse Regulation and Transparency Directive
- Compiling research and providing internal reports on market trends and legislative changes
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
The successful applicant will have the ability to engage credibly and will have exceptional organisational and team player skills. The ability to handle a challenging and varied workload is essential. In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- A strong academic background in the legal or business/financial fields
- A good understanding of the approval and listing process and the documentation and regulations involved
- Ideally will have at least two years' experience though other suitable candidates will be considered
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical skills to develop the best listing solution for the client
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent research and analysis skills
