About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Corporate Services Manager, the Senior Corporate Administrator ("SCA") is a technical expert responsible for processing complex tasks and plays a key role in supporting the development of the team, including supporting the technical upskilling of Corporate Administrators and overseeing the work of Assistant Corporate Administrators within their team. The SCA may also be involved in project work. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, reviewing and/or assisting with the drafting of documentation relating to the administration of all of their CSG's portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts
- Ensuring all relevant databases are completed and maintained with accurate information in relation to their portfolio of companies, partnerships and trusts
- Compiling detailed fee and other information for budget analysis and risk reporting in relation to client portfolios
- Demonstrating a high productivity level in work through time and cost control
- Demonstrating capability to think broadly and take initiative, considering a wide range of internal and external factors when solving problems
- Being aware of the sensitivity of information and treating it appropriately
- Compiling management and risk reporting data for client portfolios
- Review and sign off work completed by Assistant Corporate Administrators within the team, providing guidance and feedback
- Developing effective working relations with stakeholders, and responding promptly and professionally to such requests
- Demonstrating a commitment to acquiring new capabilities, constantly striving to improve performance
- Proactively seeking out and taking advantage of training and development opportunities to stay abreast of people management and other relevant skills appropriate for the role, as well as current regulation and policy requirements
- Assisting with ad-hoc projects as may be delegated
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards and autonomy, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years prior corporate administrative experience in a professional office environment. The successful candidate must be proficient in CORIS, CAP, and REEFS and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. The individual's skills will also include:
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communications skills
- Experience training and developing others to enhance their skill set
- Ability to build effective working relationships
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Experience in balancing, prioritising and organising a heavy workload
