About the Role
Working within the global Creative & Digital Studio team, part of the broader global Business Development & Marketing function, the Junior Creative Design Specialist will support the end-to-end creative process, from ideation through to final delivery. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking for their first or second role in creative design with strong visual craft, an eye for detail, and a collaborative mindset. You will work closely with senior designers, copywriters and marketers to translate briefs into compelling concepts and polished executions that advance our brand and drive measurable outcomes. Day-to-day, you will contribute to concept development, design production, and asset rollout, ensuring consistency with brand standards and accessibility guidelines. You will participate in critiques, incorporate feedback constructively, and maintain organised files, version control, and documentation to enable efficient workflow and handovers.
Primary responsibilities include:
Brand & Visual Design
- Work closely with members of the global marketing team and senior designers to interpret design briefs and develop engaging and impactful assets to support the business in its strategic objectives
- Assist on the design for major campaigns, thought leadership series, and firmwide initiatives
- Assist on‑brand visual static assets across a range of materials and purposes
- Adapt existing designs and assets in line with new specifications
External Marketing
- Design marketing collateral such as event materials, social media graphics, newsletters, infographics, client alerts, and web banners
- Create compelling visuals for presentations, client seminars, and industry conferences
Internal Communications
- Design materials for internal communications including templates, announcements, and firm‑wide newsletters
- Support in the development of internal signage, staff event invitations and branding
Project Management
- Work across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Ensure all final materials meet quality, formatting, accessibility, and confidentiality standards
EXPERIENCE
What You Bring
In addition to indisputably high ethical standards, the ideal candidate possesses the following:
- A bachelor's degree or a similar professional qualification in a creative/graphic design or related field is preferred
- A solid knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite software tools (especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), Microsoft 365 applications (especially Word and PowerPoint) and social media platforms
- Experience UX design and Adobe Express and Firefly is a significant benefit
- An understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
- Strong foundations in visual design principles—typography, layout, colour, composition, hierarchy, and grid systems—alongside experience in industry-standard tools
- Confidence in the creative and marketing fields and the ability to execute various timely tasks while working collaboratively and positively
- Strong relationship skills and the ability to understand and quickly respond to the needs of internal stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle a consistent and varied workload is essential
- A team player with the ability to build relationships with colleagues both locally and globally
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
