Just An Overview….
As the Digital Campaign Success Manager (DCSM), you would be working with Manta’s direct business-to-business clients. The focus of this position is to provide world-class customer service while working with our Manta clients to oversee and consult on their digital marketing campaigns. Your marketing strategy recommendations and directions in this role will be key in driving business growth for our clients. This position will report to the Senior Manager of Digital Campaign Success

Focus point:
Marketing Strategy, Project Strategy, Client Communication, Point of Contact for Clients

Compensation: $21.50/hour + DOE (annual equivalent of $44,720 per year)

What You’ll Be Doing...

  • Act as a marketing strategy expert for our clients 
  • Oversee and approve marketing strategy and campaigns such as SEO, website builds and optimization, business citations, PPC, CRO, and other digital marketing strategies 
  • Make recommendations, strategize, and work closely with our clients on their marketing campaigns
  • Act as the liaison between vendors and clients to:
    • Set up marketing products
    • Manage reporting
    • Be a resource for questions
    • Upgrade and downgrade services upon request
    • Manage client retention
  • Schedule calls with clients and provide outstanding customer service via phone and email communications
  • Manage notes, appointments, and to do’s through the Manta CRM
What You’ll Need to Succeed...
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience basics
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. The ability to provide outstanding customer service experience to our clients and vendors
  • Especially interested in a working knowledge of:
    • SEO basics (content marketing, link curation, technical SEO, citation optimization)
    • Website basics
    • Basics knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console 
  • Working knowledge of the following is a plus:
    • Google Ads and Bing Ads
    • CRO
    • Programmatic 
    • Social media marketing
    • Email marketing 
    • Competitive analysis 
    • Ecommerce marketing 
  • Excellent time management/project management skills
  • Dedication to quality and high level of follow through
  • Proficient in Google Apps and Tools (ie: Gmail, Drive, etc)

  • 30% Phone Communication - Verbal communication with a client or vendor representatives.
  • 30% Written Communication - Written email communication with a client or vendor representatives.
  • 20% Marketing Strategy - Performing marketing strategy building tasks (email marketing, social media marketing, keyword research, managing PPC and SEO campaigns)
  • 20% Training - Internal and external training to stay on top of industry updates and trends.
