For next steps to our story we are looking for HR Assistant to help out with day to day operations in international HR function. You’ll be responsible for providing support in our HR function ensuring smooth and efficient operations in HR. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in international human resources in Group level. You will work with several European market. You’ll be also one of the first employees in our new Barcelona office to create amazing office culture in the office!
 
Your role:
  • Employee life-cycle processes: Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including employment contracts and other documentation in employee life-cycle
  • Employment data handling: Maintaining employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality in our employment data
  • Reporting: Supporting our HR function by creating reports from maintained data
  • Assist in bonus & compensation administration
  • Point of contact: Respond to employee inquires and questions regarding HR policies, procedures and basic labor law questions
  • Performing other administrative routine tasks and assigned other projects
 
What you’ll bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, good time management skills with attention to details
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently, proactively and bring in suggestions
  • Customer service mentality; you love helping others with their questions!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially in Excel)
