We are seeking a skilled Marketing Ops professional to drive our campaign operations. As part of our dynamic Revenue Operations team, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Marketo and a proven track record of successfully managing complex multi-faceted campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, partner, and customer engagement
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize the Marketo instance, including building and maintaining email campaigns, landing pages, forms, and integrations
- Set up and integrate webinars using our webinar management tool
- Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and tracking
- Build and design visually appealing and responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and drive higher engagement rates.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Create targeted email segments based on customer data to deliver personalized and relevant content
- Implement automated email workflows using Marketo to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, creative, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment and success
Skills & Experience You’ll Need to Have:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Marketo
- Bachelor's Degree required; Concentration in marketing or business preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with project management software
- Proven track record of successfully managing email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email template creation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Marketo Certification is a plus
- SaaS or Tech industries a plus
- Experience with Channel businesses a big plus
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and industry trends.
