Malwarebytes is looking for... 
To ensure success as an IT Support Specialist you should have an in-depth knowledge of troubleshooting and support with both Windows and macOS as well as a broad general skillset around SaaS administration and Active Directory. Ultimately, a top-class IT Support Specialist ensures all Malwarebytes employees have the technology and support required to do their job, while maintaining a high level of security and customer service. The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver, with strong people skills, and a focus on teamwork.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Respond to help desk tickets and escalate tickets to proper support teams as required
  • Onboard new hires, including account setup and training
  • Conduct account removals as part of Offboarding process
  • Provision computers
  • Basic Active Directory/Azure work
  • Basic SaaS administration for corporate IT platforms
  • Assist with inventory and asset management
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and processes
  • Assist with the administration and enforcement of security policies
  • Occasional on-call duties as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Skills You’ll Need to Have:
  • 3+ years of progressive information technology experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Windows and macOS support in a mid or large-scale environment
  • Knowledge of iOS and Android support
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot common hardware & software issues
  • Proficiency with Active Directory administration such as user, group, and device management
  • Experience with Office 365 administration
  • Experience working with common SSO solutions such as Okta, OneLogin, or similar
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional, etc.
  • Experience with Zoom Room administration and maintenance
  • Experience with Windows 2012 or higher server environment
  • Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages
  • Experience with networking (DHCP, DNS, VOIP, and Firewalls)
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or other cloud providers
  • Familiarity with endpoint MDM management solutions such as Jamf and Intune
