We are seeking a skilled Marketing Ops professional to drive our Marketo Campaign operations. As part of our dynamic Revenue Operations team, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Marketo and a proven track record of successfully managing complex email campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation and customer engagement through effective email marketing initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and tracking.
- Build and design visually appealing and responsive email templates using HTML and CSS.
- Conduct A/B testing experiments to optimize email performance and drive higher engagement rates.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
- Create targeted email segments based on customer data to deliver personalized and relevant content.
- Implement automated email workflows using Marketo to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, design) to ensure campaign alignment and success.
Skills & Experience You’ll Need to Have:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Marketo
- Experience with project management software
- Proven track record of successfully managing email marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS for email template creation.
- Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices and industry trends.
