A highly motivated Senior Manager, Channel Operations to play a critical role in our Global Sales Operations organization. This position will be based in the United States, reporting to the VP, Sales Operations.
Our Mission is to drive outcomes that make our sales teams and partners successful in growing ThreatDown, powered by Malwarebytes. In this role, you will work closely with ThreatDown VAR, Distribution, Account Management, and MSP sales teams driving key operational and growth initiatives.
Target Compensation Range: $140-165K
What You’ll Do:
- Own and be responsible for the monthly billing process for ThreatDown Managed Service Providers (MSP’s), ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Partner with Sales leadership to run regular forecast cadences, ensuring pipeline data is clean and accurate.
Lead regular Partner-oriented KPI reporting cadences with aligned sales leaders.
Assist with final decision making on inbound support tickets in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the requestor.
Drive creation, communication, and enforcement of price lists to internal Sales teams and external Partners, ensuring all parties have access to pricing.
Own quota creation and management across the organization, with assistance from Sales, Finance, and Sales Compensation.
Own and ensure accuracy of Territory management across the organization including Territory list updates, ownership of records, re-balancing as needed.
Participate in the creation and execution of the ThreatDown Partner Program, including providing data, driving system changes, and enforcing benefit programs.
Drive creation of Distribution contracts and amendments upon release of new products, changes in pricing, or updates to relevant partner programs.
Own monthly reconciliation processes for Managed Service Providers, including usage reconciliation and usage variance analysis.
Manage a team of 3 direct reports.
Skills You'll Need to Have:
- 7+ years progressive experience as well as management experience
Previous SaaS experience
Operational experience with monthly billing processes for Managed Service Providers (MSPs)
Experience with VAR, MSP, and Distribution contracts and discount structures
Understanding of partner recruitment workflows for Resellers and MSPs
Experience contributing to or managing Reseller or MSP Partner Programs
Sales forecasting processes within Salesforce
Knowledge of best practices related to Partner lead flows, including lead pass programs and deal registration
Experience driving execution on recurring reporting and operational cadences
Advanced knowledge and experience of Salesforce.com and CPQ
Proficiency in Salesforce reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skillset
