Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with channel sales managers to support partner-led sales engagements, including discovery calls, solution design, demos, and technical validation.

  • Technical Evangelism: Represent the company’s endpoint security technology at partner events, industry conferences, and webinars. Act as a technical expert and advocate for our solutions.
  • Solution Architecture: Assist partners in architecting and deploying our endpoint security products in complex customer environments, ensuring alignment with security and compliance requirements.
  • Proof-of-Concept (PoC) Management: Lead or support PoCs and product evaluations. Guide partners and customers through testing, troubleshooting, and deployment best practices.
  • Channel Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from the field to product and engineering teams to help shape future product development and improve partner tools and resources.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with partner technical teams, including MSPs, MSSPs, VARs, and distributors, to increase mindshare and sales readiness.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Account Management, preferably in the endpoint security or broader cybersecurity space.
  • 2+ years supporting or working with channel partners (e.g., resellers, distributors, MSPs).
  • Strong knowledge of endpoint protection, EDR/XDR, anti-malware, and related technologies.
  • Experience with security architecture and protocols (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK, Zero Trust, threat hunting).
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint security platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Microsoft Defender, Trellix, etc.).
  • Ability to deliver compelling technical presentations and product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–50% (regional/national).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CompTIA Security+).
  • Experience working in or with managed security service providers (MSSPs).
  • Familiarity with scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and integration.
  • Previous experience in a startup or high-growth cybersecurity company.
