- Lead, Direct, and Support the health plan operations team, ensuring the highest level of service, quality, and compliance in MAHP’s operational delivery across all lines of business. Create standard metrics and performance reporting across areas of responsibility.
- Manage the administrative and back-office sales and account management team, and all related processes, procedures, and tools used to review and update MAHP products, create new products, implement new customers, renew, and advance existing business.
- Oversee the Provider Contracting and Relations team. Ensure MAHPs networks are high quality, meet network adequacy requirements, are physically competitive and align with MAHP strategic goals. Perform network analysis to lead contract negotiations and provide the team with data driven network direction. Develop, maintain, and advance relationships with key providers and facilities.

Physical Aspects:
Reaching - Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Lifting - Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position-to-position. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires the substantial use of the upper extremities and back muscles.

Talking - Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly or quickly.
Hearing - Perceiving the nature of sound with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication and to make fine discriminations in sound, such as when making fine adjustments on machined parts.
Vision - 20 / 40 or better in the best eye with or without correction.
Repetitive Motions - Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands and/or fingers
Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
