  • This is a highly digital role.  All account management, process and reporting must be operated through deployment of systems and digital platforms.  Candidates must demonstrate technological acumen and an ability to quickly acclimate to new digital platforms.
  • Delivering on large scale SEO campaigns, you are comfortable tackling on-site, content strategies, link building, and technical SEO.
  • As SEO Manger, your role involves adjusting or rewriting website content and site architecture to achieve a higher ranking in search engine results pages.


  • Your responsibilities will include content optimisation, competitor audits, tech recommendations, influencer outreach, content creation, and develop and implement international organic search strategies.
  • Create and implement international and market-specific SEO strategies. You will be responsible for the delivery and results of all markets.
  • Drive independent optimisation plans through analysis of search engine and user data.
  • Monitor Organic performance to understand the effectiveness of each initiative and generate reports to share results.
  • Create and regularly update a keyword strategy looking at all important areas of the business.
  • Create eta data and on-page tags for required pages.
  • Support the link building initiatives with insights and actions as required.
  • Generate outreach and link building event ideas as a way to build relationships with influencers and bloggers.
  • Identify competitors in the market and monitor their SEO efforts, incorporating learnings into your own strategy.
  • Organise available resources and time effectively to hit OKRs and targets. Prioritise day-to-day work according to opportunity resulting from analytics.
  • Implement regular tests and present your findings on a monthly basis.
  • Oversee and manage external agency relationships.

  • Experienced industry specialist.
  • Proven track record of making good SEO decisions and being able to illustrate the success of doing so.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and are able to adapt your style to your target audience.
  • Understanding of on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
  • Knowledge of using Google Analytics and SEO reporting.
  • Understanding of technical SEO.
  • Previous work with some of these SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Botify, SEMRush, Advanced Web Rankings, Search Metrics, Moz and Google Analytics.
  • SEO may target different kinds of searches, including image search, video search, academic search, news search, and industry-specific vertical search engines. 
  • Support the link building initiatives with insights and actions as required
  • Languages: English language proficiency required. Additional languages preferred. All CV’s to be submitted in English.
