Dedicated Engagement Specialist

Each employee is assigned a dedicated Engagement Specialist as a main POC throughout their assignment. They can help answer questions about Mackin benefits, address any concerns or questions about the assignment, work with you to make sure deliverables are met, hold regular check-ins and lead performance reviews.
