SAP Security and Authorization Business Analyst (f/m)

Your Team:

You will be part of the globally operating Lumileds SAP Center of Excellence and will have your primary reporting line to the Senior Application Manager based in Aachen, Germany.  The team has close working relationships with the relevant business stakeholders.

Your Challenge:

One of the main objectives of the SAP Security and Authorization Business Analyst is to develop harmonized template solutions and frameworks to execute IT and risk control in  the SAP kernels in an efficient and automated way.

Your Tasks:

-          Close collaboration with the business and other relevant IT stakeholders to work on the necessary Security and Authorization requirements taken ICS and Segregation of Duties guidelines into account

-          Being responsible for implementation and realization of S&A deliverables in projects, changes and service operations

-          Ensure that the overall business flows related authorizations roles/profiles are in line with S&A guidelines and policies

-          Deploy S&A process improvements across the SAP systems

-          Building strong and effective relationships with the key (business) stakeholders


We Are Looking For:

-          Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration,  engineering or a related discipline with business and/or information technology focus; highly desirable to have M.B.A. degree or equivalent

-          SAP certification is beneficial

-          At least 5 years of SAP experience in designing and  implementing of authorization concepts as well as configuring SAP Security & Authorization roles/profiles in different SAP systems

-          Experience in handling typical support tasks (incidents, service requests and problem management)

-          Experience in SOX compliancy, Data Security, Segregation of Duties and Internal Control;

-          Experience with RSA is an added advantage;

-          Profound Experience with working in global SAP IT projects with multiple stakeholders is a must

-          Ability to understand business priorities and translate them into opportunities enabled by IT

-          Energetic and self-propelling personality

-          Team player with good networking skills

-          Native or Fluent in English

-          Ability and eagerness to work within different time-zones
