Process Integration Associate Engineer
Lumileds Process Integration investigates on potential interaction of various processes in the manufacturing process flow and evaluates major changes in manufacturing flow/processes to improve the quality/yield/cost performance of our products. In this traineeship program, you can expect to work closely with integration engineers and various department process team members to analyze problems, to assist in data collection and compilation, and track critical lot movement to ensure the project timeline is met. At the end of the traineeship, you will have an overview of an associate engineer who can help in engineering problem solving and gain insight into an engineering task.
Technical Skills and Competencies Trainee will learn during SGUnited Traineeship Programme:
You will have the opportunity to experience the following during your traineeship:
Experience working in a semiconductor cleanroom environment, including simple lot handling (not all the time)
Learn how to basic LED operate and how is it make.
Learn how to operate various metrology tools to assist in data collection
Assist in data collection requests from engineers (from doing the measurement on the tool, extracting data from tool and compilation of data) and data extraction activities from the various databases.
Familiar with MES system to assist in critical development lots tracking
Involve in die/wafer/lot logistic arrangement for various engineering support
Perform simple data analysis using excel pivot table, Minitab
Help in administrative process document checks as requested by Engineers
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnitedTraineeships:
•Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
a. Graduated or graduating in the calendar year 2019 or 2020 from ITEs, polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
b. Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2019 or 2020.
