LSSI is hiring a full-time Senior Director Substance Use Services, Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Oversee the continuum of substance use services in multiple settings, including Medication Assisted Detox, Residential, and Outpatient. Provide clinical supervision to staff. Ensure compliance with various regulatory and funding bodies. Serve as Liaison between programs and AED. Ensure productivity and census metrics are being met.

Essential Functions:
- Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
- Review EHR documentation to ensure compliance with SUPR and Part 2060.
- Coordinate and oversee all substance use programs to provide a continuum of inpatient and outpatient substance use treatment and care.
- Ensure contractual obligations with SUPR and other funding bodies are met.
- Meet productivity and deliverable requirements identified by LSSI, SUPR, and identified funding bodies.
- Ensure to ethical standards of treatment, including the NASW Code of Ethics.
- Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social service field required.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience with increasing levels of responsibility preferred.
- LCSW/LCPC preferred.
- Proficiency in EHR documentation and review.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing for the state of residency and insurance.
- Valid Illinois statutory and liability insurance coverage is required.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Transport self to/from assigned nursing facilities as needed, transport clients to/from appointments as needed, comply with traffic laws/regulations, strong commitment to safety, good navigational skills.
