LSSI is hiring a full-time Supervisor, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Provides supervision and direction to employees as well as performs basic personnel services, implementation of agency and program policies, practices, and procedures.

Essential Functions:
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to front line staff. Participate in and document disciplinary discussions with employees when directed.
- Assist Team Leaders with schedules, and schedule staff in accordance with program staffing requirements.
- Monitor for, and ensure, provision of high quality services to facility clients. Ensure that all policies, procedures, and practices are followed.
- Work with Director and other departments to ensure that regulatory requirements are met both for programmatic licensure and employment law.
- Provide additional supervision for expanding program with increased clients with high need and increased staff.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- One to two years’ experience in the field preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, comprehensible manner.
- Ability to use perform basic computer skills and use Microsoft Word.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Valid Illinois driver’s license. If using personal vehicle requires Valid Illinois statutory minimum liability auto insurance.
