LSSI is hiring a full-time Clinical SupervisorResponsible for the oversight of the delivery of services and daily operations of the SASS/Mobile Crisis program. SASS/mobile crisis screens children for psychiatric hospitalization and provides intensive short-term services to families to ensure stabilization.

Essential Functions:  
  • Provide direct supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for assigned staff.
  • Review all screening documentation for accuracy.
  • Triage all mobile crisis calls to ensure the correct level of service is being provided.
  • Track all incoming cases, direct and transfers.
  • Provide coverage for mobile crisis calls.
  • Coordinate services with other providers and serve a liaison with other community service
  • providers.
  • Ensure program deliverables are implemented and ensure program goals are met.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to convey information and resources to promote the professional development of staff and to establish a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrate professional, positive behavior and carry out responsibilities with integrity, treating clients, families, other LSSI workforce members, and collaborative organizations and/or individual in a dignified, respectful, honest and fair manner.
Position Qualifications:  
  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy or related field required.
  • LCSW or LCPC preferred.
  • Experience working with clients in the community required.
  • Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
  • Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
  • Access to reliable transportation required.
  • Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage required.
