LSSI is hiring a full-time CST Counselor Case Manager Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Provide intensive community-based case management services for individuals with serious mental illness to promote community functioning. and decrease psychiatric hospitalizations and crisis episodes. Individuals may be part of the Colbert or Williams Consent Decrees.

Essential Functions:
- Provide and coordinate a continuum of treatment services.
- Carry a caseload of client’s providing supportive counseling and concrete services as assigned by Supervisor and operate as part of a treatment team.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with Rule 140 requirements, DIIS, and the Williams and Colbert Consent Decrees.
- Meet financial productivity targets.
- Transportation of clients in personal vehicle and agency vehicle is required.
- Services will be provided in multiple locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Masters preferred.
- 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license & insurance.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills.
- Experience in Crisis Intervention & De-escalation.
