LSSI is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Responsible providing clerical support, answering phones, filing and other administrative work of a confidential nature with minimal detailed supervision.

Essential Functions:
- Operate with a high degree of initiative and independent judgement, relieve supervisors and managers of clerical and secondary administrative details.
- Assist with confidential, complex, and technical materials.
- Greet clients and guests, schedule appointments, screen calls, and take messages; ensure messages taken are accurate, complete and delivered in a timely manner.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Provide other general office functions, including but not limited to receiving and routing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail and maintaining filing system.
Position Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree, two years of college or additional business school training preferred.
- Minimum two (2) years of increasing administrative position duties preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to and work well with others with a willingness to accept responsibility as well as take initiatives to address office issues.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Valid driver’s license, in good standing for the state of residency required.
- Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS required.
- Access to reliable transportation required.
- Valid IL statutory minimum liability insurance coverage, bodily injury and property damage. required.
