LSSI is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor Monday through Friday. Provide oversight and clinical/administrative supervision to clinicians in the MH OP program. Staff will also provide therapy to clients in the MH Outpatient Program.

Essential Functions:
- Supervise and monitor staff/manage compliance and clinical issues.
- Familiarity with accreditation and licensure standards.
- Interview and onboard all new staff, provide clinical oversight.
- Adherence to ethical standards of treatment.
- Maintain a caseload of clients to meet productivity standards.
Position Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field required.
- LCSW/LCPC required.
- Must have 1-3 years’ experience in social services.
- Must have experience working with C&A and adult population.
- Bilingual English/Spanish speaking preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills.
- Background check required.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, presentation and pc/computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with other related software.
