LSSI is hiring a full-time Residential Treatment Specialist/HUD Service Coordinator. Under the general supervision of the Group Home Supervisor, provide counseling and case management including service coordination to mentally ill adults in a group home setting in order to promote recovery and independent living skills.

Essential Functions:
- Coordinates home and community based service through providing needs assessments, case management and for a caseload of 8-10 clients.
- Monitor GH milieu, provide skills and educational training along with crisis intervention to clients as needed.
- Achieve mastery of Carelogic EHR system.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative documentation within accreditation and licensure standards; knowledge of Rule 140.
- Facilitate the maintenance of safe, secure and sanitary GH milieu according to house/program rules and governmental standards.
Position Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree in human/social services preferred.
- Preferably MHP or QMHP
- Must have good written and oral communication skills and proficiency in English language.
- Basic technology proficiency required (e-mail, phone, word documents)
- Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software.
- Must have basic car insurance.
- Must have valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicles.
