What You Will Do:
The Endpoint Engineer will bring a blend of technical expertise and client services skills, focused on enhancing and maintaining our firm's technology endpoints. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automated solutions for software deployment, managing the lifecycle of laptops, and providing high-level support for escalated end-user issues. This role is ideal for a candidate who is an expert in Endpoint Engineering, seeking to apply their technical skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. The candidate should be an initiative-taker, capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with diverse teams. This position will sit in our Roseland, NJ office and currently offers a hybrid work opportunity.       

Essential Job Requirements:     

  • Develop and implement automated solutions for deploying software packages, application patches/updates, and workstation images.
  • Engineering and support of the Windows 11 Upgrade process.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of global standard desktop and laptop models.
  • Maintain desktop images and modify Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) task sequences as required.
  • Provide Level 3 support for escalated end-user issues.
  • Manage Microsoft and third-party patch deployments.
  • Package, test, and deploy new applications, as necessary. 
 Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:      
  • Minimum of 5 years of Endpoint Engineering experience in an enterprise environment.
  • At least 5 years’ experience with Windows 10/11, Active Directory S\structure, and managing Group Policies.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Azure, M365, and Intune.
  • Expertise in MECM administration, Patch Management (including BIOS and firmware updates), Imaging, Scripting, MSI, Packaging, & Automation.
  • Proficiency in administering and deploying software using Intune/MECM in a global environment.
  • Basic Database Administration skills, particularly with SQL Server.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in automation and scripting (PowerShell).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with an ability to coordinate multiple activities in a purposeful environment.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Client service attitude and ability to work well with diverse groups.
  • Experience in legal technology is a plus.
  • Preferred exposure to iManage or any other Document Management System (DMS).
  • Ability to work independently on assignments while providing regular progress reports.
     
Office Location: Roseland, NJ
Schedule: Core Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise approved; additional hours as required
